Baby Care Education: From soothing techniques to newborn wellness, both parents will gain confidence with hands-on guidance in your own environment, designed to each families unique needs.
Breastfeeding Support: Compassionate assistance to help navigate latching, positioning, and supply concerns.
Time for a Break: Whether you need a nap, a long shower, or a moment of quiet, we provide dedicated care for your little one so you can recharge.
Holistic Meal Service- Enjoy our presence while we prepare your meals for the week, re stock the pantry with healthy grab and go snacks. Add on any of our meal services to your In Home Support Package.
Package Options
The “Golden Month” Intensive: First 4 Weeks Postpartum
Support: 3 in-home visits per week (2 hours each).
Visits Include: 1 hour of food prep (making meals from fresh ingredients in their kitchen, plus pantry restocking); 1 hour of coaching/support (e.g.emotional check-in, basic infant sleep education, breastfeeding positioning, understanding your babies cues, and practical hands-on baby help so the mother can shower or rest).
Option to add on full or partial meal service.
The "Slow Return" Transition: (Weeks 5-10).
Support: 1 in-home visit per week (2 hours).
Focus: 1 hour of food prep and pantry restock. Shifting towards emotional resilience coaching and planning the long-term support system (e.g., returning to work, establishing new family routines)

Our initial session focuses on assessing your current health and creating a personalized plan for your unique needs and goals. Goals from digestive health, radiant skin, increasing energy, or becoming pregnant.
